The Village, Seacape and The condos of the Esplanade
Welcome to coastal living in south Redondo Beach.
Some of the more affordable ocean view and oceanfront homes are located in The Village, Seascape and on the Esplanade.
 “The Village” is a little misleading as there are 4 distinct complexes with “Village” as the street address but but only one is actually “The Village” and the others are known as Sescapes 1, 2 and 3.
 The Village Condos and townhomes are located have 600-689 The Village addresses, with Seascape One being the 200-240 The Village addresses, Seascape 2 located at the 110-160 The Village addresses and Seascape 3 located at the 500 The Village buildings. Although they are 4 distinct complexes they are withing walking distance of one another. Ironically all of the complexes are actually on Catalina Ave but have The Village street addresses (The Village shows as a street on the map but it’s really more of a parking lot)
