Welcome to the real estate report for Redondo Beach home sales in October 2021.  It was another great month for home sales in Redondo Beach CA with a very impressive 97 on market property sales closing.  The only problem is that “active” listings continued to fall meaning even more pressure on a tight housing market with little to buy out there.
The median “asking” price was $1,299,000 with the median sales price at $1,360,000. This meant that homes generally closed significantly higher than the asking price. The homes that sold averaged a very short 20 days on market (DOM) before going into escrow. The average price per foot of the homes that sold was $848.
