The real estate market in Redondo Beach was very strong once again with 76 homes closing escrow during the month compared with 74 in March. Â
The average “list” or asking price for the homes that closed escrow during April was $1,474,590 with the average sold price at $1,611,603 meaning that, in general, it is definitely a sellers market and homes sold DRAMATICALLY higher than the list price.list
