It was a busier month in terms of the number of homes sold for Redondo Beach real estate with 51 compared to 40 in September.  Price were quite a bit lower but that was due to a few HUGE home sales in September that drove up the average.
The average “list” price was $1,466,377 with the average sold price at $1,466,546 which is pretty incredible.
Homes averaged $881 a square foot. Homes that sold averaged 35 days on market before going into pending status.

Welcome to the month that was for sold homes in Redondo Beach during April 2023.
Things picked up slightly in the Redondo Beach real estate market with 42 homes selling which was a bit of an uptick compared to the 40 sales in March and espcially compared with the historic low 21 sales in January 2023.
The average “asking” price was a very impressive $1,589,138 with the average sold price an even more impressve $1,589,782.Â
This was signficantly higher than the average price in March which was $1,423,964.
Homes averaged $857 a square foot and averaged 40 days on market before going into pending status.

October 2022 Home Sales in Redondo Beach California
October real estate was slower in Redondo Beach with only 50 sold homes closing escrow. While the number of home sales was down…..home prices certainly remained very strong.
The average “asking” price was an impressive $1,516,268 with the average sold price at $1,512,320 meaning that, in general, homes sold slightly below full price.
The homes that sold averaged $857 per square foot and averaged only 31 days as active before going into pending status.
The top home sale of the month was at 441 Avenue E, Redondo Beach, CA 90277 which was a single family home that sold for $2,700,000.
