The Highest Priced Home Sale in the Hollywood Riviera Last Month
This was somewhat of a surprise but the highest priced home sale of March in the Hollywood Riviera was a front unit
townhome. Home prices of $3.0M+ are still fairly rare in the Hollywood Riviera but especially for a townhome that’s not close to ocean front or close to it.
1903 Camino De La Costa was a very high end luxury townhome in a nice location….. just a block to the shopping and dining of Riviera Village and only a few blocks to the beach, but regardless of the location…..this was a HUGE number for a townhome not on the Eplanade or Paseo De La Playa. The home offered 4 bedrooms plus an office with high end finishes throughout. There was not view from the interior but did have an ocean view roof top deck. The home sold before it hit the market and closed at a pretty amazing $3.2M.
