Brookside Village Condo in Redondo Beach Lists for $560,000
As of 11/3 the lowest priced home on the market in Redondo Beach (excluding 55+ units that are generally always less expensive) is 605 S Prospect #106 in Brookside Village. This is a ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with approximately 669 square feet. The listing description states that it’s been extensively remodeled and updgraded with new kitchen and bath, new flooring and more, but it’s tough to know as there are currently (as of this writing) no interior photos of the home. Hopefully that will be updated shortly.
We’ve always liked the value of Brookside Village as it’s close to the beach and Riviera Village and far more affordable than anything else in south Redondo. It has some resort style features and amenities including tennis courts, gym, water features and multiple pools.
